The stairwell with marble on the floor and to some extent the walls is decorated in the entrance with ceiling stucco. The very high-quality office space has ceiling heights of 4 m in parts.


The quarter is located in Stuttgart-Mitte, in the suburb of Neue Vorstadt, the western part of the old town, in the Hospitalviertel. The shopping street Königstrasse is about 400 metres away.
