POLIS relies on internal model for financing tenders

As part of our financing strategy POLIS has developed a multi-stage tendering process that makes it possible to compare the numerous and extensive credit offers of banks both quantitatively as well as qualitatively and thus to evaluate them objectively. Considering all relevant financing parameters an optimal decision can be made and the best possible conditions for real estate financing can be achieved.
