POLIS receives award as one of the best employers in Berlin-Brandenburg

POLIS Immobilien AG ranked sixth in the “Best Employers in Berlin-Brandenburg 2023” competition organised by the international research and consulting institute Great Place to Work Deutschland and received the award for outstanding workplace conditions. In addition, POLIS was featured on the list of winners in the category “Best Employer in Small Medium-Sized Businesses 2023”.

The rankings were based on an independent review of the corporate culture of POLIS as well as an employee survey which focused on appreciation, opportunities for further training, team spirit and identification with the employer etc. A total of around 700 companies applied for certification, of which around 20 percent qualified for the competition.
