POLIS Immobilien AG successfully closes financial year 2021
Despite a market environment that remains challenging POLIS Immobilien AG was able to achieve a very good result for the financial year 2021. POLIS recorded an annual result before taxes of EUR 44.3 million that was slightly lower compared to the previous year (2020: EUR 46.3 million) due to a lower valuation result of the investment properties. In contrast to that POLIS was able to increase Funds From Operations (FFO) significantly from EUR 9.22 million in 2020 to EUR 12.36 million. With an amount of around EUR 19.8 million the cash flow from operating activities also increased significantly compared to the result of the previous year (2020: EUR 13.7 million).
The stable annual result in 2021 was driven by sustained successful letting activities of POLIS. Rental income increased by a total of 8.9 percent to EUR 28.9 million.
