EXPO REAL 2025: POLIS Immobilien at the Berlin-Brandenburg stand

EXPO REAL will take place in Munich from the 6^th to the 8^th of October 2025. Europe’s largest real estate trade fair is considered a central platform for professional exchange, market discussions and networking.

POLIS Immobilien will once again be represented by a team at the Berlin-Brandenburg stand this year. Discussions with trade visitors will focus on current developments in the industry – from issues relating to building modernisation and ESG to the situation on the financial and capital markets and the cautious recovery of the transaction business.

In addition, POLIS will be actively participating in the programme at the Berlin-Brandenburg stand:

• Tuesday, 7 October, 4 p.m.: Michael Piontek, PhD (CFO), will discuss the prospects for the commercial real estate financing market.
• Wednesday, 8 October, 11 a.m.: Dr Andreas Kindt, PhD (Head of ESG), will assess the role of ESG and digitalisation with a view to current areas of application.
