This Art Nouveau/Jugendstil building was erected in 1913, the two top storeys were added in 1983.
The ground floor has a wall opening leading to the shopping area, Kö-Galerie.

Potsdamer Strasse 58 in Berlin
The seven storey building from 1930 contains Art-Deco style elements.
We renovated the building in 2002, adding two storeys and an underground parking garage.
