Office building at Potsdamer Straße 58

The 7-storey building was built in 1930 by architect Albert Biebendt for the company Loeser & Wolff. The building was upgraded in the context of a refurbishment and now represents a modern and high-quality standard. The building has a practical layout and offers a flexible subdivision of the floors. Furthermore, special features include - especially in the staircase - many well-preserved stylistic elements from the art deco period. This makes the building particularly interesting from an architectural perspective.

The location

The property is located at Potsdamer Straße 58/Schöneberger Ufer in the district of Berlin-Mitte. The location can be described as excellent, and its particular charm is due to the Potsdamer Platz and the Kulturforum which are located directly opposite. All floors provide a direct view of Potsdamer Platz.
