The ensemble of buildings consists of three houses that form the end of two rows of buildings. The two buildings Schauenberger Straße 15 and 21 were completed in 1906 and 1911. In the eighties, the buildings were comprehensively modernised. A predominant share of the space features a modern interior finish. Moreover, the two so-called Kontorhäuser have an exceptionally appealing façade. The property Domstraße 10 was erected in 1985.
