Office building at Böblinger Straße 8

Situated near the Marienplatz in Stuttgart, this building was completed in 1975 and consists of two main sections. The section on Arminstrasse was originally designed to provide office space, however, in 2002 the second and third floors were converted to residential accomodation. The property on Boeblinger Street is a commercial building. The rental units are currently being used as retail outlets, lawyers' offices and doctors' practices. The building structure provides flexibility in the use of the various floors.

The Location

The site of the property is approximately 1.5 kilometers south west of the city center between Boeblinger Strasse and Arminstrasse. Commuters can quickly reach the premises by car via the Hauptstaetter Strasse and Schwabstrasse. The underground station Schwabstrasse is within a ten minute walk from which all underground lines in all directions can be reached. The direct connection from the Schwabstrasse station to the main train station puts long distance rail within a few minutes ride.
